I urge you to vote in this Communist poll

What do they call it in the Country Club? A, er, 'hat tip'? *gulp*

Yeah, well, one of them to Obby the Clown. Because his latest piece flags up the existence of some poll held by a website called 'alcohol focus Scotland dot org'. Essentially, it's a typical Communist state exercise aimed at filling people with hard left authoritarian norms and ideas on how to live and breath.

The poll 'question' is: "cheap alcohol is damaging health and society. I support minimum pricing'. You then get the choice to vote 'yes' or 'no' (so the Communists haven't quite reached Scottish SNP Nirvana yet, as otherwise there'd be one choice, or two identical choices).

I urge you to go to the website and vote. Seeing as most of my readers are libertarians, I am fairly confident that people will end up voting the same way I did. If not, well, that's libertarianism for you!

Enjoy.

And, if you feel the urge, you can vote as many times as you want.

Clearly they were pissed when they set up the poll.

I imagine so. Either that, or the person who set it up has a very poor grounding knowledge in web design and I.T.

Isn't it obvious that the first thing you need to do when designing a poll, is to ensure everyone only gets ONE VOTE?

Can't be that hard, can it?
Oh well, here's to my next 100.

This is getting very close to putting a gun to someone's head and forcing them to do what you want mate.

And do I have to remind you, SNP's country, SNP's rules.

Ah, but there may be method to the madness. By allowing multiple votes, when the results go the wrong way they can blame it on a tiny clique voting multiple times.

Comrades, we have been infiltrated by Rightist Blairist Brownite Englishists, our demoratic people's poll has been undermined by their demonic Imperialist slavery and the result is therefore void.

McHeil.
